Shipping policy

NYC Area: Pick up or Delivery to be arranged with designer. 

Domestic: Please select the shipping method offered on our online store. We will notify you when your order has shipped with tracking # included.

International Orders: Although a bit more expensive, I recommend FedEx or UPS. They are more reliable and have a larger international network for worldwide shipping.

Orders are generally processed within 2 business days and will take up to 3-6 weeks to ship.  This is due to the fact that none of these pieces can be made over night. . I keep a small stock on hands to keep the quality in total control. 

All domestic jewelry is shipped via FedEx or UPS ground.  All jewelry will require a signature upon delivery.  You may opt out of the signature requirement but I am NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, THEFT, OR LOSS OCCURS.  Please email amyciardi@ciardicollection.com to remove the signature requirement.  

Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the client when ordering. It is therefore up to client to check that this address contains no errors.  I cannot be held liable if the address provided by the client is incorrect, thus preventing or delaying delivery.

No delivery will be made to a PO box.

On delivery, it is YOUR responsibility to check that the products delivered comply with your order and that the package is sealed and not damaged. If this is not the case, the YOU must indicate this on the delivery slip. YOU must indicate via email any complaint concerning the quantity or the condition of the product.
