By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms & Conditions”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

The Content of the Site, and the Site as a whole, is intended solely for personal, noncommercial use by the users of our Site. Site Transactions
Ciardi Group LLC reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided.
Your Account
If you use this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You acknowledge that Ciardi Group LLC is not responsible for third party access to your account. Ciardi Group LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Availability, Errors, & Inaccuracies
Occasionally there may be information on our Site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Site is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued, and prices are subject to change. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
PAYMENT
By purchasing on this site you confirm that the Paypal account or credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the Paypal account or credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. Payment can be made by Paypal or via your credit/debit card linked to your Paypal account. Also by any other methods that may be advertised on our website site.
All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, which is a secure online payment gateway which encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
The prices payable for ordered goods are as set out in our website in USD (United States Dollar). All prices will include tax fees determined by each specific state. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed when selected and included in the total cost.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Unless you cancel your order within 5 working days after full payment has been made, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Natalie Perry Jewellery will be completed when the goods have been dispatched.
To cancel your contract you must notify us of your decision by email here using the subject heading ‘Cancellation’ and supplying your order number and address. Any returns after the 5 day period stated above will be at the discretion of Ciardi Collection.
RETURNS
Received the jewel but no longer want the item? Please return your purchase within 10 business days of receiving your purchase. Custom work is final sale.
DEFECTIVE AND DAMAGED ITEMS
All parcels must immediately be opened in the presence of the Courier upon receipt of the goods, to verify that the Goods are contained in the parcel are untampered with and undamaged. You acknowledge that if you fail to do this and subsequently find the Goods are not contained therein, or have been damaged during delivery, we may not be able to claim against the Courier or against our insurers. Accordingly, if you do fail to do this, you agree that you will be solely liable for any such loss or damage and shall waive, release and indemnify us from and against any claims relating thereto, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
If you should receive an item that is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us here within 5 working days. We will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by replacing the item, once the faulty item has been returned to us by post. We will confirm the return address in writing, once you have contacted us about the fault. Items can also be fixed at a fee.
6 Month Guarantee: Jewelry can be repaired up to 6 months after your purchase. After 6 months, we will have to charge a fee for the repair. We are more than happy to make arrangements; therefore, always contact us.
PROMOTIONAL SAMPLES
Product samples lent to you by Ciardi Collection for promotional material, editorial use, photography or any other reason will be charged for in full if not returned in perfect condition. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, samples must be returned to us within 7 working days from the day of receipt.
Privacy Policy
Your submission of personal information through the Sites is governed by our privacy policy page.
This Agreement incorporates by reference the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
THIS SITE AND ALL CONTENTS OF THE SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Ciardi Group LLC EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY DUTY TO UPDATE OR REVISE THE MATERIALS ON THE SITE, ALTHOUGH Ciardi Group LLC MAY MODIFY THE MATERIALS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND YOU ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE. Ciardi Group LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.
Termination
You may terminate this Agreement at any time. Ciardi Group LLC also may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice, and accordingly may deny you access to the Site, if in our sole judgment you fail to comply with any term or provision of the Agreement. The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this Agreement for all purposes.
AGREEMENT
These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and Ciardi Collection in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these terms and conditions are binding on us unless agreed by us in writing.
